Short Track Speed Skating: Suzanne Schulting Wins Women’s 1000m
Suzanne Schulting, a short track speed skater from Netherlands, gained a gold medal in 1000m. She finished in 1 minute 29.778 seconds. It’s the second medal of Suzanne in PyeongChang as she is also a bronze medalist in 3000m relay.
Canadian Kim Boutin, bronze medalist in 500m and 1500m, became a silver medalist with the time of 1 minute 29.956 seconds. Arianna Fontana of Italy, a gold medalist in 500m relay, earned a bronze medal after finishing in 1 minute 30.656 seconds. South Korean athlete Choi Min-jeong, who won 1500m and 3000m relay, finished on the 4th place.
