2018 Winter Olympics: 17 Most Decorated Athletes of PyeongChang

102 sets of medals were awarded at 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang. Some athletes returned home with no medals at all, someone gained 1 medal while the others got a couple of them. However, there were athletes, who won 3 and more medals at 2018 Winter Olympics and here they are:

Marit Bjoergen (5 medals)

The Norwegian cross-country skier won medals in all events, she competed in. She is a gold medalist in 30 km and relay, silver medalist in skiathlon and bronze medalist in 10 km individual and team sprint.

Alexander Bolshunov (4 medals)

The Russian cross-country skier won 3 silver medals in relay, team sprint and 50 km classical and a bronze medal in individual sprint.

Johannes Hoesflot Klaebo (3 medals)

The cross-country skier from Norway gained 3 gold medals in sprint, relay and team sprint.

Laura Dahlmeier (3 medals)

Representing Germany in biathlon, Laura earned gold medals in sprint and pursuit and a bronze medal in individual.

Simen Hegstad Krueger (3 medals)

The Norwegian cross-country skier claimed gold medals in 30 km skiathlon and relay as well as a silver one in 15 km individual.

Martin Fourcade (3 medals)

The most successful French biathlete claimed 3 gold medals in pursuit, mass start and mixed relay.

Miho Takagi (3 medals)

The Japanese speed skater gathered a full collection of medals by winning gold in team pursuit, silver in 1500 m and bronze in 1000 m.

Martin Johnsrud Sundby (3 medals)

Martin gained 3 medals in cross-country skiing. The Norwegian won gold medals in relay and team sprint as well as became silver medalist in 30 km skiathlon.

Denis Spitsov (3 medals)

The Russian cross-country skier won 2 silver medals in relay and sprint and gained bronze in 15 km freestyle.

Johannes Thingnes Boe (3 medals)

The biathlete from Norway earned a gold medal in individual and 2 silver ones in relay and mixed relay.

Arianna Fontana (3 medals)

The short track speed skater from Italy became a gold medalist in 500m, silver medalist in 3000m relay and bronze medalist in 1000m.

Robert Johansson (3 medals)

The ski jumper from Norway won three medals: gold in team large hill, bronze in individual large and normal hill.

Anastasiya Kuzmina (3 medals)

Representing Slovakia, the biathlete became an Olympic champion in mass start and won silver in individual and pursuit.

Anais Bescond (3 medals)

The French biathlete earned a gold medal in mixed relay and two bronze medals in 10 km pursuit and relay.

Emil Hegle Svendsen (3 medals)

The Norwegian biathlete won silver medals in relay and mixed relay and became a bronze medalist in mass start.

Krista Parmakoski (3 medals)

The cross-country skier from Finland won a silver medal in 30 km classical as well as bronze medals in 15 km skiathlon and 10 km freestyle.

Ireen Wust (3 medals)

The Dutch speed skater claimed gold in 1500m and became a silver medalist in 3000 m and team pursuit.
