Freestyle Skiing: Cassie Sharpe Became a Gold Medalist in Women’s Halfpipe

Cassie Sharpe, a Canadian freestyle skier, took gold in women’s halfpipe with the best result of 95.80 points. It’s the first Olympic medal for 25 year old athlete, who won 2016 Winter X Games.

Marie Martinod of France, who gained silver at 2014 Winter Olympics, became a silver medalist with the best score of 92.60 points. And American Brita Sigourney gained bronze with her 91.60 points.
