Shazam! Star Zachary Levi to Host the 2019 MTV Movie & TV Awards
The MTV Movie & TV Awards will have a superhero as host.Shazam! star Zachary Levi has been tapped to host the show this year, which recently expanded to include TV categories.
The ceremony will air Monday, June 17 at 8:00 p.m.
Et/Pt on MTV.Levy follows a long list of high-profile hosts, including Tiffany Haddish, Adam Devine, Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart, Amy Schumer, Conan O’Brien, Rebel Wilson, Russell Brand, Jason Sudeikis and Andy Samberg.The actor is currently starring in Shazam! as the superhero the main character turns into every time he says the hero’s name.
