Exes Jennifer Lawrence and Darren Aronofsky Have a Friendly Reunion at the Bam Gala
Who says exes can't be friends? On Tuesday, Jennifer Lawrence reunited with her former director and boyfriend Darren Aronofsky at the Bam Gala in NYC.
Aside from catching up backstage and posing for a few photos together, the Red Sparrow actress also presented Darren with an award on stage.
"I am thrilled to be here tonight to present this honor to my very good friend, Darren Aronofsky," she told the crowd.The two first met on the set of their thriller Mother! in 2016, and developed a relationship shortly after filming wrapped.
Though they were very private about their romance, Jen did briefly open about Darren during an interview with Vogue in August 2017.
"We had energy," she said.
"I've been in relationships before where I am just confused.
And I'm never confused with him." After making their red carpet debut as a couple during the NYC premiere of Mother! in September
