Michelle Carter is going home.
The now 23-year-old Massachusetts woman who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for encouraging her boyfriend to kill himself, and then not taking any action when she knew he was in the process of taking his own life, is being released from prison four months early for good behavior.
She has been locked up since February 2019.
