Mikael Kingsbury was born on July 24, 1992, in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec, Canada. Participating in 2012 Europa Cup in Sochi, he became a gold medalist in moguls. At 2015, 2016 and 2017 Australian New Zealand Cup, Mikael earned 4 gold and 2 silver medals.
