It's a sentiment GQ Deputy Fashion Director Nikki Ogunnaike knows far too well.

Since beginning her career at Vanity Fair and skyrocketing to success at InStyle, Glamour and Elle, the seasoned editor-writer has worked to push boundaries and make a change.
