Figure Skating: Canadian Pair Leads in Ice Dance after Presenting Short Dance Program

The first day of competition in ice dance is over. The pairs presented their short programs and the names of favorites are already known. Thus, Canadian duo Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir got 83.67 points and are, at the moment, at the first place in the rank.

The second place is occupied by French athletes, Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron, who gained 81.93 points. And Americans Madison Hubbell and Zachary Donohue earned 77.75 points and are on the third place.

The final results and the names of Olympic medalists in this discipline will be known on February 20th after the free dance program will be presented.
