Curling: Results of the First Day of Competition in Mixed Doubles
While we all wait for the opening ceremony of the 2018 Winter Olympic Games, the curling competitions have already started. On February 8, session 1 and 2 of mixed doubles event took place and we already have the first results. By the way, it’s the first time in the history of Winter Olympics, when mixed doubles events are held.
Today, the teams from USA, Canada, Norway, Finland, China, Korea, Switzerland and athletes from Russia competed. This year, sister and brother Becca and Matt Hamilton represent the United States, Kristin Moen Skaslien and Magnus Nedregotten - Norway, Oona Kauste and Tomi Rantamaki - Finland, Hyeji Jang and Kijeong Lee - Korea, Jenny Perret and Martin Rios - Switzerland, Kaitlyn Lawes and John Morris - Canada, Rui Wang and Dexin Ba - China, Anastasia Bryzgalova and Aleksandr Krushelnitckii - Russia.
