Bobsleigh: Mariama Jamanka and Lisa Buckwitz Claimed Gold in Two-Woman

German bobsledders Mariama Jamanka and Lisa Buckwitz won gold medals in two-woman event. Their total time after 4 runs was 3 minutes 22.45 seconds. These are the first Olympic medals for both athletes.

Elana Meyers Taylor, bronze and silver medalist of 2010 and 2014 Olympics, and Lauren Gibbs from the United States gained silver with the finishing time of 3 minutes 22.52 seconds. And, Canadian bobsledders, Kaillie Humphries, winner of 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics, and Phylicia George, won bronze medals, finishing in 3 minutes 22.89 seconds.
