Bobsleigh: Canada and Germany Are the Winners in Two-Man

Canada and Germany win two-man bobsleigh

Today, there were no silver medals at the two-man competition in bobsleigh as two teams gained gold. Canadian and German athletes finished with the same time, 3 minutes 16.86 seconds. The Canadian duo, Justin Kripps and Alexander Kopacz, showed the best result in Run 3 by finishing in 49.09 seconds. German athletes, Francesco Friedrich and Thorsen Margis, set a new Olympic record by finishing in 48.96 seconds in Run 3.

The bronze medals were won by Oskars Melbardis and Janis Strenga from Latvia, whose best result was 49.08 in the Run 1. They were silver medalists of 2014 Olympics in Sochi.
